Delivery Time and Shipping Costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship the same day for orders placed before 4 p.m. on working days. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs
We only ship with a track and trace code, so we and the recipient can always see where the parcel is. Shipping costs also include handling and packaging material.

Delivery is done through PostNL. Generally, delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00, for other countries, it will take 2 to 3 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact moment of delivery.
