The cards are suitable for use in schools, after-school care or at home within the family.
The yoga games can be done with two people or in a group. By practicing yoga together, you learn to explore each other's limits and respect each other. The exercises help to make your body more flexible and strong and are not performance-oriented. It's about working together and trusting each other.
Each card has a drawing with the name of the exercise on the front and a description on the back.
