"What do you feel? What do you think?" is a tool for (guides of) children, teenagers, and adults to help them name and understand their emotions.
Everyone knows the primary emotions of anger, happiness, sadness, and fear.
But there are also various nuances, such as disappointment or relief, shock or pride.
These emotions are usually the result of what you think; of what you believe is true.
It is helpful if you understand exactly what your feeling is and what you are thinking in that moment.
Because if you consciously know what you think, you can also decide to think something else.
This can make you feel different.
